How long does installation take?

Under 5 minutes. Install the app from the Shopify App Store, fill in your fiscal information (legal name, VAT, SIREN/SIRET, address), and the first invoice is generated on the next order.

Are my invoices Factur-X compliant?

Yes. Billoop produces PDF/A-3 documents conforming to the Factur-X BASIC profile, with embedded CII XML. Required legal mentions (VAT, SIREN/SIRET, address, sequential numbering) are included automatically based on your merchant settings.

What about France's 2026 reform?

Factur-X is one of the formats accepted by certified e-invoicing platforms (PDP). Billoop tracks the regulatory evolution and will ship updates to keep you compliant.

What happens if I uninstall the app?

Your Shopify sessions are deleted immediately. Already-generated invoices remain available for export for 30 days upon request to marketplace@westpoint.io, then archived per accounting retention obligations.

Where is my data hosted?

All business data is hosted in the European Union, in the AWS eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt, Germany).

Do you support credit notes?

Yes. When a Shopify refund occurs, a Factur-X credit note is generated automatically with a separate sequence.
